Dr. Phillips' Classes for 4-15-13 to 4-19-13



Rhetoric II
This week in Rhetoric II, students will continue presentations of their third thesis drafts and work on their final draft (minimum 15 pages), which is due on April 22nd

Antiquities
In Antiquities, we will continue our discussion of Imperial Descent after Julius Caesar.  Students will present their Roman timeline projects on April 19th  

Students will continue their assigned readings by the schedule below.
·         Tuesday Acts 6-8
·         Thursday Acts 9-12

U.S. History
The U.S History class will complete our timeline of the War Between the States – major events, people, and ideas.  Students will present their modern American timelines on April 19th

Students will continue their assigned readings by the schedule below.
·         Tuesday – Patriot’s Handbook, pgs. 421-429
·         Thursday – Patriot’s Handbook, pgs. 430-442

Christendom
In Christendom, we will continue our discussion of the Renaissance and Reformation. 

Students will continue their assigned readings by the schedule below.
·         Tuesday – Hamlet, pgs. 107-119
·         Thursday – Hamlet, pgs. 119-136
·         Middle to Late Middle Ages Timeline due on April 19th!

Latin II
We will complete our study of chapter 12 – translations and stories – and move on to chapter 13.
