Rhetoric II
The Rhetoric II class will discuss informal fallacies in rhetoric. Students will turn in the names of their thesis advisor(s) on Friday, January 27th.
Antiquities
In Antiquities, we will continue examining the major events in the Persian-Greek Wars. Students will continue their reading by the schedule below.
· Tuesday – Famous Men of Ancient Rome, pgs. 15-25
· Thursday – Famous Men, pgs. 26-41
Modernity
The Modernity class will discuss the Romantic Movement, including the major writers and their emphases, contrasting it with the emergence of modern art.
Students will complete their timeline presentations and will continue reading Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde by the schedule below.

· Wednesday – The Man Who Was Thursday, chap. 1-2
Christendom
The Christendom class will continue discussing the specific Crusades and their results. Students will continue reading The Story of King Arthur and His Knights by the schedule below.

· Thursday – King Arthur, pgs. 163-190
U.S. History
In U.S. History, we will move on to the War of 1812 (major events, people, causes) and the Panic of 1819. Students will read from The Patriot’s Handbook by the schedule below.
